
KB Brinkley
KB is a seasoned and experienced transformation finance executive with over 22 years of experience in finance spanning across different industries, with a deep understanding of online advertising, technology, consumer products, and media/entertainment. She has a diverse finance, accounting, internal audit, operational audit and risk mitigation experience from a mix of both public accounting and industry background. She has worked for global companies with annual revenues of $4B+ to smaller private equity backed companies (Warburg Pincus portfolio company). Her specialties include implementing strategic annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, strategy and finance operations.
KB is currently an Associate Partner at EY, based in Toronto, Canada, focusing on finance transformations, Integrated Business Planning and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. KB was previously a Digital Transformation Executive, transforming the company's human capital organizations. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy and Investor Relations for a leading B2B provider of online advertising. Previously to that, she was the Enterprise Controller for a technology company; where she supported the company's successful IPO in 2013. Prior to that, she worked several years at Electronic Art, Inc, the leading publisher of video games, through various roles in Internal Audit, Risk Mitigation, Operational Audits and as Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis from 2004 to 2011. Before joining Electronic Arts, Inc., she was a Senior Financial Auditor and Project Manager at Deloitte.
KB is passionate about volunteering her time for purposeful and meaningful initiatives. She is very active in building a better world as part of the EY Ripples program as well as being a start-up advisor for NEXT Canada.
KB is an alumni from the Harvard Business School and holds a B.S degree in Business Administration with a focus in International Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
