Roberta Hague 

As the Chief Administrative Officer for ONE Properties, Roberta works as a member of the leadership team to develop, communicate and execute the overall business strategy. She leads Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Corporate Social Responsibility and Operational Risk Management. Roberta also supports investor relations and the advancement of governance practices for ONE.

Prior to joining ONE Properties in 2019, Roberta had a long career in financial services with leadership roles spanning global mandates in a range of corporate functions as well as leading businesses with P&L and operating accountability oriented to business turnarounds and restructurings. 

Roberta is a graduate of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program and holds the ICD.D designation. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Degree in English and Political Science and then from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto with an MBA. Roberta has volunteered on the boards of several community-based organizations.

Roberta is married with two sons. She loves skiing and sailing with her family.
