Tara Rodgers is an experienced business, compliance and financial crime specialist with over 20 years of increasing accountability. She holds a BCom and MBA from Dalhousie University, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist from ACAMS, Canadian Securities Certification and a Financial Planning designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Tara has extensive exposure in leading financial institutions in scaling business in program design, operational effectiveness, learning curriculums, marketing, transformation and implementation of operational risk, payments, compliance and financial crime. Tara uses her experience to help organizations meet regulatory requirements leveraging technology and global leading practices.

Tara is dedicated to keeping community members safe through Truth Tara by expanding the view of human-to-human crime beyond the financial transaction. Truth Tara provides a platform for all community members to belong and protect while improving community safety.
